TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 2026-05-14

// WHO

CrackedVim ("we", "us") operates crackedvim.com and sells lifetime access to the CrackedVim course. Contact: jszuminski@pm.me.

// THE SERVICE

CrackedVim is an online course teaching the VIM editor through written guides and interactive lessons. After purchase you receive lifetime access to the course content available at crackedvim.com/course, including any future updates we choose to publish. "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the service. We do not guarantee any specific time horizon, but if we shut the site down for good we will give reasonable notice and make the content available for offline reading or refund unused access at our discretion.

// PAYMENT

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for all sales. Lemon Squeezy collects payment, handles VAT and sales tax where applicable, and issues the receipt. Prices are listed in USD on the pricing section; Lemon Squeezy may show local-currency equivalents at checkout.

// LICENSE

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the course for your own learning. You may not share your account, resell the course, redistribute the lessons or guides, scrape or mirror the content, or use any part of it to build a competing product. The course materials are copyrighted; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

// ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't do illegal things with the service, attempt to break it, attack the infrastructure, or use it to harass anyone. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or attempt to defraud us (including chargebacks on completed purchases), with no refund.

// ACCOUNT

Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You sign in with a one-time code sent to that email. Keep your inbox secure. If you lose access to the email, contact us and we'll help where we reasonably can.

// REFUNDS

Refund terms are documented separately on the refund policy page and form part of these terms.

// DISCLAIMER

The course is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that following it will land you a job, make you a 10x engineer, or replace your IDE. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited (gross negligence, intentional misconduct, statutory consumer rights).

// CHANGES

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

// LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Poland, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
