REFUND POLICY

// THE SHORT VERSION

Full refund within 14 days if you haven't opened a lesson. If you've already started the course, you still get a full refund within 5 days of purchase, no questions asked. After whichever window applies, the sale is final.

// WHO TO CONTACT

Email jszuminski@pm.me from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt if you have it. Replies within 5 business days.

// ELIGIBILITY

A refund is available when the purchase was made directly through crackedvim.com (Lemon Squeezy checkout) and either of these applies:

  • You request within 14 days of purchase and have not opened any lesson, or
  • You request within 5 days of purchase, even if you've already started the course - no questions asked.

Lesson progress is tracked per account, so which window applies is based on whether our records show you've opened a lesson.

// HOW IT WORKS

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. They issue the refund to the original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5 to 10 business days. Any payment-processor fees and currency-conversion losses are not something we can refund, but the principal amount is returned in full.

After a refund, your course access is revoked automatically. If you re-purchase later, the refund windows reset.

// EU WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. Because the course is digital content delivered immediately, that statutory right ends the moment you open a lesson - at checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge you waive withdrawal. Independently of that, the windows above are what we offer in practice: the full 14 days while the course is untouched, plus a voluntary 5-day window even after you've started.

// CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Most issues (duplicate charges, wrong email at checkout, unrecognised descriptor) we can fix in a few hours. Chargebacks filed on completed purchases without contacting us first will be disputed and may result in your access being revoked.

// EXCEPTIONS

We may decline refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse (e.g. repeated buy-then-refund cycles), or where access logs show the course was consumed before the request. We may also offer a refund outside the standard window at our discretion, for example if a long outage prevented you from accessing the course.
